Tom SizemoreHis family has a difficult decision: given that his condition has not improved since he suffered a brain aneurysm… it is very possible that his life will soon come to an end.
the actor’s manager, Carlos Lake, he tells TMZ … doctors updated Tom’s loved ones on Monday, and word is he’s not good. He remains in intensive care, in a coma and in the ICU… with no signs of improvement at this time, we’re told.
As a result, Lago says the medical staff where Tom receives treatment recommended an end-of-life plan and presented options. We’re told the family is reflecting on that now, and a statement on what they decide will be released in the coming days.
Lago also tells us that Tom’s aneurysm was the result of a stroke he suffered on February 18 at his home… causing him to collapse and be rushed to the hospital. We broke the story…the paramedics were called that morning around 2am after someone found him.
Lago also tells us this… “We are asking for privacy for his family at this very difficult time and would like to thank them for the hundreds of messages of prayer and support they have received. It’s been a difficult time for them.”
Considering this could be Tom’s last chapter, it’s an opportunity to examine his legacy… while muddled with controversy, it also reflects on an esteemed career in film and show business. Sizemore was a rock star during the 1990s and has many memorable roles to his credit.
